100 Sails Restaurant & Bar is the signature restaurant at Prince Waikiki, at 100 Holomoana Street near Waikīkī Beach. Executive Chef Brooke Tadena presents modern American cuisine, and the hotel describes fresh, island-inspired menus and cocktails with ocean views.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with breakfast and dinner buffets, a Sunday brunch buffet and an à la carte menu. Its bar is the centerpiece of the room, with front-row seats for sunsets. Dress is resort casual, and there’s an oceanfront private dining room for events.
It is one of the participating restaurants in HONOLULU Magazine’s Restaurant Week, Nov. 7–15, though it hadn’t posted a Restaurant Week menu price when Oahu Local checked on Nov. 2. Restaurant Week menus are dine-in only, so ask for the menu when you order.
