Aloha Steak House is a steakhouse on Seaside Avenue in Waikīkī that pairs fine cuts of steak with the flavors of Hawaiʻi. It sources its steaks with care, including in-house dry-aged beef, and the menu also covers shrimp, seafood, salads, island cuisine and desserts.
Tomahawk steaks are among its most popular cuts. The dining room mixes warm wood tones, woven lighting and tropical touches, and the drink list includes local and imported wines, spirits and beer. The restaurant offers prix fixe menus for large parties, and its sister spot, The Butcher Bar, shares the address.
For Honolulu Restaurant Week, Nov. 7–15, Aloha Steak House offers its Aloha Supper, a $160 dinner for two, and the whole table must participate. The restaurant says it starts with carrot ginger soup and ahi tartare, followed by a 20-ounce, 21-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye with mashed potatoes, and ends with pineapple upside-down cake and vanilla ice cream.
