Nori Bar Hawaii is a sushi hand roll bar, and this is its Waikīkī location on Kūhiō Avenue. Hand rolls are made to order with fresh Hawaiian and Tokyo seafood, Koshihikari rice and crisp nori, and served the moment they’re made. The menu also includes nigiri, sashimi, sake and Japanese whisky.
The Waikīkī shop runs its own menu, with Waikīkī exclusives, separate from the Ward location. It’s open daily with happy hour from 2 to 5 p.m., takes reservations and welcomes walk-ins at the bar, offers pickup orders, and validates parking at Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach.
For Honolulu Restaurant Week, Nov. 7–15, Nori Bar offers an $85 platter at both its Waikīkī and Ward locations. Restaurant Week menus are dine-in only.
